Frequently Asked Question

Sometimes the Iris / Drak USB Interface needs a manual driver installation or update to get it working properly.

To do so, please follow these steps:

• Unplug the Iris / Drak USB Interface.
• From the Add/Remove Application panel, remove the "Silicon Laboratories CP210x" entries.
• Download the compatible Drivers here.
• Run the setup (the .exe file) and follow the instructions.

• Plug the Iris / Drak USB Interface in and run the related Software Interface.
• Download the Logbook from your Dive Computer as usual.
